The 19th of February we had a meeting with San Jose and the Administrators in Orihuela to know about the actual situation. The first part of the work has been completed and possibly in one or two weeks they will start with the roads. It depends of the best quote from the company who is going to do it. It looks like Jost is going to take that job.
We have already provided San Jose with 41.000€ from the first 60€ monthly payment that we have agreed. They were claiming from us another 90.000€ but...we have truthfuly we do not have any money until they start on site, there is no more money.
The good news is that (Administrators) they promise in 2 weeks that contract will be signed and the second work will start. Actually, today there was some people measuring the site of the apartments.
Next week on Tuesday, there will be a meeting between the representative of C.P. Residencial El Pinet to talk about the actual situation and to take some decisions.
We are thinking to start again with some monthly fee for the expenses on site. We will let you know next week. This money will be to help to some expenses like electricity, water and others, like reparations that we had. But as i said we will have to decided on Tuesday with all the representatives (12). All money will go into the community account.
