COMMUNITY FEE MARCH TO JULY







It has been decided by Representatives of the C.P. Residencial El Pinet an agreement to pay from March to July a Cote of 20€ per month/owner as a Community fee for maintenance of the site. This is looking for Easter, and the beginning of Summer, if any reparation have to be done or in case we need any water tank as a support etc...
This money will come into the Community account and you can make all the payment in one time at the amount of 100€. EXAMPLE: ( 5 months x 20€ month=100€) .


There will be a GENERAL MEETING again in July where all the owners will decide the community fees to pay in advance.

About the progress of the site we had a meeting again on the townhall and next week some workers from Elche townhall will come to check some work that San Jose had done (Infrastructure).

Cuota Comunidad desde Marzo hasta Julio
Se ha decidido por la Junta de Representantes de Comunidad de Propietarios Residencial El Pinet establecer una cuota de 20€ Mes por propietario desde Marzo hasta Julio para el mantenimiento del mismo. Esto se debe para ampliar el fondo de la cuenta de la Comunidad en base a la Semana Santa y vistas al Verano, para prevenir reparaciones, en el caso de que sean necesarias.
Este dinero, siempre irá destinado a la cuenta de la Comunidad, la cual pueden ver este mismo escrito en la parte superior. Se puede hacer el pago mensual o en una vez.
Se ha decidido que sea hasta Julio, y una vez en la siguiente reunión se decidirán las cuotas a pagar para los siguientes meses.
Respecto al pago de agua y luz, se ha acordado no pagar a San José Inversiones hasta que se comienzen las obras y estas lleven un progreso considerable.
Se nos ha comunicado que esta semana un inspector del Ayuntamiento de Elche hará unas catas para ver parte de la infrastructura, y si esta es correcta, dará vía libre a San José para su progreso de las mismas.

Electricity M2


Just to Advise that part of M2 have no electricity for today and possible tomorrow because San Jose forgot to pay the Electricity bill. We have found out today with an electrician, that Iberdrola cut it down. San Jose told us they will pay tomorrow, the payment has to be approved by the administrators.




Avisar que parte de los apartamentos de la M2 carecen de electricidad, debido al descuido de los pagos por parte de San Jose a Iberdrola. Se llamó a un electricista en el día de hoy y ha revisado toda la instalación hasta que hemos verificado que se cortó el suministro en parte de la M2.Se le ha notificado a San José y con permiso de los Administradores Concursales, realizarán mañana (miercoles) el pago de una de las facturas pendientes con Iberdrola, esperando que en el día de mañana vuelvan a conectar el suministro.

January News



Happy New year

Just to let you know that M2 the block of the apartments has run out of water from the 24th until the 31, we have tried to contact San Jose, but... there was nothing to do. They were on holidays and they did not have any one who could fix that problem. A representative from them said that we had to pay the 800€ for the water motor pump, that was broken.


  • After many calls and some people moving to find out (owners) we resolve the problem. There was not any water left into the tanks.

  • The president have collected some money and it was ordered 9 tanks of water. So the problem was finished before the end of the year.

  • San Jose/Administrators had send us a mail explaining that they will be the 7th of January on site working with the waste system, at this point and time nobody has appeared.

  • The Bank account for the Community will be ready for the next week, we will advise all the owners where they have to deposit the money.

Soon there will be an internal meeting between all the representative of the community to find out all the problems and then seat with the administrators to find out solutions.

GENERAL MEETING LA MARINA (EL PINET OWNERS)

Last Saturday we had a meeting as all of you know in la Marina.

This is a resume, you will have all news in a few days;


  • We are NOT going to pay any cent into San Jose or Administrators account after December.

  • We will have a new account for our Community in the CAM BANK in LA MARINA, (we will provide you with the new number.

  • We have elected representation from El Pinet until June:

  • We agreed that all owners will contract the administrator in La Marina only for this meeting to create our community and open the account. Expenses of him are 1.000 € .


  • We agreed a payment of 20 € per owner to start the community. This is only one payment one time, untill the community fees are settle by the administrator.


  • We have decided that if in January there is no movement by San Jose or the administrator on Site we do not make any payment to them for expenses.

This is a resume, in a few days we will have a longer text about the meeting of the 20th December in La Marina.
